Terms of Service

Blendpost generates draft LinkedIn content from the knowledge and voice you provide. It is a drafting assistant: you review, edit, and publish everything yourself. Blendpost does not post to LinkedIn for you.

Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You own the content you provide and the drafts you produce. You grant us the limited right to process that content solely to operate the service for you. You are responsible for verifying any facts before you publish, and for ensuring your posts are lawful and do not infringe anyone's rights.

Do not use Blendpost to create unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing content, to impersonate others, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

When you publish to LinkedIn, you do so yourself and must comply with LinkedIn's own terms. Blendpost does not scrape LinkedIn, collect your LinkedIn credentials, or automate posting.

• Paid plans are priced in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and billed through Paystack, by card or M-Pesa.
• Your plan gives access for the billing period you pay for. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of that period.
• Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable.
• Prices may change. Changes apply to future billing periods, not the one you have already paid for.

Blendpost is provided on an "as is" basis. AI-generated drafts can contain mistakes or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying every draft before publishing. Blendpost does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice.

To the extent permitted by law, Blendpost is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content you choose to publish. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim.

You may stop using Blendpost at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
